What is the most effective and affordable way to remove a mole/beauty mark?

i have a very dark mole on the side of my nosebridge that i want to get rid of and two lighter moles on my face





i had them removed at a beauty salon, but now it's not the same color as my skin (yet?) perhaps the skin hasn't been completely healed/grown, but i'm not sure if the way they did it was right.





basically she took a heated burner with a sharp point, burned off the mole skin, and plucked it off. she did say i might have to return to get it done again because my mole is dark..but i don't want to have to have to wait a week or so for the skin to heal again, b/c i have school and i have to go out...and i can't use foundation/coverage to cover up the skin.





should i just go back and get it redone or should i try another kind of method? right now it is much lighter than the original moles but it's just kind of reddish/brown
