How many reps? That depends on your goals. If your goal is muscluar hypertrophy, then 8-12 reps is good enough, w/ 3 sets. If power is your goal, the 3-6 reps is good w/ 1-2 sets. But you have to use enough weight so that you max out on your last rep. I hope that helps.
