You need to take a test and find out asap .. denial isn't going to get you anywhere and the IUD can cause major problems for the baby if not removed. The sooner you find out if you are, the better.
Reply:Well your symptoms can mean other things and could be from the Mirena. My cousin just had a baby in result of Mirena. I read that 1 out of a 100 get pregnant from IUDs and that the can get knocked out of place during intercourse.
Reply:my friend has the Mirena. she's gotten pregnant %26amp; miscarried 3 times. get checked out by your dr. it's possible to get pregnant, but you are more likely to miscarry.
Reply:Call your dr. right away!

You could be pregant, and if you are the IUD can kill the baby, or cause you more complications.

I know a woman who got pregant with an IUD and because of the location of the baby the IUD could not be removed and after carrying the baby for 4.5 mo. the IUD punctured the bag of waters and her baby died. Not to mention the horrible pain it caused her.

I'm not a big fan of this method of BC. However I've gotten preg. on the patch and using condoms. both healty kids.

SO call your dr.

Hope you feel better soon.
Reply:I know someone who is a product of and IUD. They call him the one percenter... it's rare but can happen. Take a test, thats the only way to know for sure.
Reply:The only 100% effective b/c is abstinence. Your IUC may have slipped or be infected. Talk to your Gyno and go to the mirena website. Craps are a common side effect. Although Mirena is usually recommended for women who already have had a child. You could be just coming down with some bug, that would explain the appetite loss and the fatigue. It is best to see your Gyno, if you are pregnant, you need to get the IUC removed.
Reply:Go for blood test.................
Reply:hmmm have you taken a test yet?

any bc method isn't 100% effective, it's always possible. Take a test!
