La Roche-Posay Active-C Eyes? Was it an effective eye cream for you? And if you have not used it, then plz suggest an effective eye cream that works to reduce dark circles, and fine lines under the eye.

I like Philosophy dark shadow cream. It comes in two part one to fade the dark shadow. The second helps with moisturizing the eye area and wrinkles.
