Good/Effective Way To Lose Post-Baby Fat?

I am 37 weeks pregnant right now and due to have my son by c-section at the end of this month. I am really eager to lose weight asap after he's born and start feeling better about my body. Does anyone have any weight loss advice that worked for them? Diet pills (that actually worked!), plans, advice... anything. I am 138 (I've gained 31lbs so far) so I'm not overweight and not looking for any EXTREME weight loss besides the weight I've gained during my pregnancy and toning my body (legs, butt, stomach). Don't get me wrong, I am so happy and excited about this pregnancy, however, putting on all this baby weight has done a number to my body (obviously) and my self-esteem. :o( Help!
