hi im 16 years old 5'9 and I weigh 160 pounds and i was wondering if i could lose at least 20 pounds in a month with this diet and some exercise.
Breakfast- 2 apples, 2 glasses of water, 2 vitamin D supplements, 2 Vitamin C supplements
Lunch- Tuna sandwitch with vegetables and sum apple juice and water, 1 apple
dinner/supper/ - pasta or rice with meat and vegetables,salad
I completely took dairy out of my normal eating routine, and i started power walking in the morning be4 i eat becuz i heard it sheds pounds...
plz give me feedback

That's great! Here are some extra suggestions: Instead of taking dairy compleatly out of your diet try taking meat compleatly out. You can drink skim or 1% milk as well as Tropicana Calcium and Vitamin D enriched Orange Juice. For protein try soy and tofu. Calcium enriched Soymilk is also a good option. Besure to get lots of salmon it's very high in omega3 and 6 (the healthy fats or fatty acids). Along with thisdiet be sure to get some excercise in, try 50 crunches in stets of 25 for two days then do 100.

Reply:we need to know what gender you are, guys lose weight more easily than girls. It is also unsafe for women to lose weight as quickly as men.
Reply:I don't think you would be consuming enough calories with this. I recommend checking out the food pyramid website for ideas. They have tons of resources and menus to give you little more variety. myfoodpyramid.gov. Good luck. 20 lbs is way too much to lose in a month and not healthy to do. Shoot for 4-5 that way you will have better odds in maintaining it too.
