I have had eczema since I was a kid. In the winter, I get it on my face and it leaves me with red patches. I am already self conscence with my appearance (I had a baby 2 1/2 months ago, c-section, and have yet to lose the weight) and not being able to control this is making it worse. I have gotten to the point where I don't want to leave the house because I'm embarrassed.
I currently use Aveeno face wash and Aveeno lotion. I only wash my face once a day as I don't want to dry it out any more. I need something that is for sensitive skin, yet will do the trick :)
Hopefully, someone out there can give me a solution...
Looking for an effective face wash. Any suggestions?
Trust me on this one the best face wash sor sensitive skin is spectro-jel, you can just get it a tthe drugstore, i uses to haveloads of skin probs, but my doctor recomended this stuff and it is the best, just rub some on your face and then use a warm washcloth to wipe it off then rinse your face with nice warm water, trust me it is great stuff
Reply:cetaphil (for sensitive skin)
Reply:i have the same issue and i used cetaphil for sensative skin...something that also works is noxema, for sensative skin....
Reply:well i do kinda have the same problem.
and i use st. ives and that leaves my face clean and smooth with out drying it out.
Reply:Cetaphil is a good one. I've also had success with some of The Body Shop's milder scented varieties, such as their Tea Tree Oil. For me, the key for The Body Shop's facial wash is to use it 2-3x/week, and not every day.
