Is this an effective weight loss plan?
The most important thing is putting together a plan you can stick to. If it's too difficult or boring, you are going to begin to dread the time when the workout comes. Once that happens, it's a short trip to failure. Make sure to set reachable goals in a reasonable time and change your routine frequently.
Reply:Looks good to me, good luck with your diet
Reply:the plan should do the trick but i think you need to incorporate more exercises into your routine, but besides that i think you will lose weight very effectively as long as you workout intensely and change up the routine every few weeks or so. Also i suggest you also have a workout day on the weekend it will keep your metabolism high and keep the pounds off, but if walking does the trick then i think you are set. make sure you are eating alot of protein about one gram per pound of bodyweight this will make sure your muscles are not getting torn up and don't keep eating the same foods over and over you will get bored maybe come up with 3 different meals this will help you stick to your meal plan.
Reply:it sounds like it can be very effective. i am also trying to lose weight and this sounds pretty good. but do remeber, because you will get tired of eating the same foods, if you drink soda, drink diet, and try as hard as possible to stay away from 'white foods' ie: white bread, pasta, potatoes, gennerally your white foods are very starchy... and make sure to use minimal oil if you use it and get plenty of water but little salt, or you will retain it! good luck to you!
