i am going on a trip to washington d.c. with my class and i am going to be with them 7 days non-stop. All my other friends are really skinny and dont have to worry about their weight, i am not overweight or anything but compared to them i look like an elephant. i just wanna to lose a couple pounds FAST!!

Reply:Liquids, Plain Chicken Broth, you can lose a lot of weight with a liquid diet, just don't leave the house, or bring a porta-jon, with you everywhere you go. because being on a liquid diet you will have to go, and go, and go, and every time you go, the weight goes too.
Reply:1. exercise for as you can- such as running and steadly increase your distance as the days go by





2. eat no more than 1700 calories- the less the better, if u dont do this step you will not lose weight no matter what
